Worked with a client to created a new transportation trucking company, allowing the client to fulfill a contract with a major express shipping company. Working with new management and owners, established the company, arranged for the acquisition and financing for rolling stock - totaling sixty cabs and over one hundred trailers - established an operating and accounting system, set-up insurance coverage, established a human resource group and was involved in the hiring of administrative staff and drivers.
